# MPL swap was not communicated via registered email

Maple Finance did not even send an email to members of this forum to announce the swap. I have been registered here since 2022. Clearly there was malicious intent to not communicate the swap and cut out early investors. Provide a recovery mechanism or get sued. “But we voted for it” is not an excuse for fraud.
